To Live is Christ by Beth Moore
I enjoyed this book by Beth Moore about the apostle Paul. Some of it is fictionalized about what Paul's upbringing might have been like, but the book is only richer for it. I've long had some questions about the religion of Judaism and this book answered many of them. Beth then discusses Paul's life and his ministry to combat the thought that he was a 'woman-hater' and some other misconceptions out there. I've always felt that Paul seemed to brag about his actions and how much better he was than other believers. But I was wrong; Paul was as hopelessly dependent on Christ, as I am. Beth Moore is a great Biblical teacher, as always.
